Additional features include an AI discharge power supply for optimized cutting performance, high-speed automatic wire threading (AWT) system, and a robust thermal compensation system ensuring dimensional stability. The machine achieves surface finishes down to Ra 0.2 µm and supports wire diameters ranging from 0.15 to 0.3 mm with maximum wire feed rates of 300 mm/second and tension adjustments of 300-2500 gf. Maximum X-Y feed rates reach 1,800 mm/minute.
