The CITIZEN R07 Horizontal Machining Center is a compact, high-precision CNC automatic lathe designed for the efficient machining of small-diameter parts. With a maximum main spindle turning diameter of 0.280" (7 mm) and a maximum turning length of 1.580" (40 mm), the R07 excels in producing intricate, miniature components with exceptional accuracy. The machine features a single main spindle capable of speeds up to 16,000 RPM, with an optional configuration providing 12,000 RPM and 1.5 HP for enhanced performance. A secondary sub-spindle operates at up to 10,000 RPM with 0.67 HP, supporting simultaneous machining operations for increased productivity. The R07 supports up to two simultaneous cutting tools, enabling complex part processing in a single setup. Standard secondary milling and drilling functions are available both on-center and off-center, expanding the machine’s versatility for multi-tasking applications.
