It features a 16.5" diameter main spindle chuck and a maximum swing of 41.3", driven by a 30 HP spindle motor with a maximum spindle speed of 280 RPM. The machine operates with a primary slide-type tool carrier supporting a single simultaneous cutting tool across 2 controlled axes (X and Z) with optional extended Z travel up to 315". The X axis travel is 25.5" with rapid traverse rates of 177 inches per minute and a max feed rate of 40 IPM; the Z axis travel is 78.7" (upgradable to 315") with the same rapid traverse and feed rate. The Y axis maximum feed and rapid rates mirror the X axis at 40 IPM and 177 IPM, respectively, providing control in the cross direction. This horizontal machining center supports precise, large workpiece machining and heavy cutting operations in metalworking applications.
