The CNC-TAKANG AX-450 is a precision 5-axis vertical machining center engineered for complex multi-directional machining operations. The machine incorporates an A-axis tilt capability of 220° (±110°) and a full 360° C-axis rotary function, enabling comprehensive part geometries for aerospace, automotive, and military applications. Equipped with a 12kW spindle motor operating at maximum 15,000 RPM with ISO40 spindle taper, the AX-450 delivers rapid feedrates of 30m/min on X and Y axes and 24m/min on the Z-axis. The 24-position automatic tool changer provides efficient tool management, minimizing cycle times during production runs. Maximum table load capacity reaches 300kg at 0° and 250kg at 90°, accommodating mid-sized components.
