The CONCORD BM800D-C is a high-performance CNC Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) system engineered for precision metal cutting applications. This machine features X-axis travel of 24.8 inches and Y-axis travel of 31.5 inches, accommodating workpieces up to 500mm in thickness. The system delivers a maximum cutting speed of 250mm²/min with exceptional precision tolerances of ≤0.012mm, ensuring superior surface finishes down to 1.2μm Ra. Equipped with a Japanese Mitsubishi servo control system, the BM800D-C operates on a 4-axes CNC controller with 0.001mm resolution, enabling simultaneous cutting of different profiles at the top and bottom of workpieces. The machine utilizes a 0.18mm wire electrode standard (with optional 0.15mm, 0.12mm, and 0.10mm variants) that travels at 5-11 m/min with automatic tension control. The worktable measures 660x1100mm with a maximum load capacity of 500kg. The system includes motorized Z-axis control, precision linear motion guide ways, and an adjustable C-type wire guide frame for versatility across different wire diameters. Operating at 3-phase 380V/50Hz power supply (3KVA consumption), the machine features a 56L working reservoir with BM2/BM4 water-based dielectric fluid. Advanced features include auto center-find, auto edge-find, automatic wire-breakage shut-off, and programmable cutting parameters.
