The C.R. Onsrud F480G is a 5-axis CNC router designed for high-speed machining of large panels and composite materials. This moving gantry platform features a spacious 480" × 61" work table accommodating full-size panels up to 7 feet wide, making it ideal for cabinet manufacturing and nested operations. The machine utilizes a vertical HSK 63F spindle capable of 24,000 RPM maximum, providing up to 15 HP continuous output for aggressive cutting performance. The 5-axis configuration includes an articulating head enabling machining from multiple angles, allowing operations on both top and side surfaces of workpieces simultaneously.
