This vertical machining center features a robust 43.3" x 33.5" work table capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,000 lbs, making it suitable for mid-to-large scale production work. The machine is equipped with a vertical HSK-50E spindle taper rated for maximum speeds of 30,000 RPM with a 12 HP 30-minute rating, enabling both high-speed finishing and heavy-duty cutting operations. The automatic tool changer accommodates 20 tools with rapid tool exchange times of 6 seconds standard and 12 seconds with chip clearing, minimizing production downtime. The three-axis configuration provides 41.3" X-axis, 39.4" Y-axis, and 19.7" Z-axis travels, all capable of 800 ipm rapid traverse and cutting feed rates. Optional fourth-axis capability allows for expanded machining complexity when needed. Additional flexibility is offered through optional index and rotary table attachments, as well as a 2-pallet changer system for enhanced production efficiency.
