Technical Description

This CNC machining center features a robust table measuring 23.6 inches in length by 16.5 inches in width, with an optional extended length of 27.5 inches, supporting workpieces up to 551 lbs. The machine is equipped with a vertical spindle utilizing a CAT 30 taper, capable of speeds up to 10,000 RPM (optionally 15,000 RPM) and powered by a 5 HP motor (30-minute rating). Tooling is managed via an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 12 tools, expandable to 21, and offers rapid tool change times of 1.4 seconds (chip-to-chip 2.3 seconds). The machine operates on three axes (X, Y, Z) with travel distances of 20 inches (optional 27.5 inches) on X, 15.7 inches on Y, and 13.8 inches on Z. Maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds are both 393 inches per minute and 1,890 inches per minute, respectively, across all axes.
