The Datron M7 HP is a compact, high-precision vertical machining center engineered for high-speed milling applications. This German-designed system features a solid granite construction providing exceptional rigidity and dynamic stability for precision work. The machine accommodates a 23.620" × 23.620" work table with optional support indexing and rotary table capabilities. Equipped with an HSK-E 25 taper spindle, the M7 HP delivers top speeds of 50,000 RPM standard, with an optional 60,000 RPM configuration, enabling efficient machining of aluminum, plastics, and non-ferrous metals. Power ratings reach 2.40 HP at 30-minute rating, expandable to 2.66 HP with optional spindles. The three-axis CNC system provides expansive work envelope dimensions: 20.470" X-travel, 25.590" Y-travel, and 9.450" Z-travel, with rapid traverse rates up to 629 IPM across all axes. The machine incorporates an automatic tool changer with optional 11-tool capacity, allowing flexible production workflows without manual intervention.
