This vertical machining center features a worktable measuring 27.56" x 15.75" with a maximum workpiece weight capacity of 1,102 lbs, suitable for heavy-duty machining applications. It operates with a vertical spindle equipped with a #40 Big Plus taper, delivering a top speed of 8,000 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 10,000 RPM. The spindle power is rated at 15 HP (30-minute rating), allowing for robust cutting performance. The machine includes a 24-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) with an optional 40-tool capacity, achieving rapid tool change times of 1.3 seconds and 3.9 seconds chip-to-chip. It supports three axes (X, Y, Z) with travels of 24.41" (X), 16.54" (Y), and 20.08" (Z), each capable of rapid traverse speeds up to 1,417 inches per minute, facilitating fast and precise positioning.
