DMC DT32CD VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER

The DMC DT32CD is a 3-axis CNC vertical machining center featuring a compact 23.62" x 14.76" table supporting up to 882 lbs workpieces. It offers travel ranges of 20.47" (X), 12.59" (Y), and 11.81" (Z) axes, with rapid traverse rates of 2,205 ipm across all axes, enabling high-speed positioning. The vertical spindle supports a BT30 taper with a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm, optionally up to 15,000 rpm, powered by a 7.5 HP motor (30-minute rating). The machine incorporates a 24-station automatic tool changer (ATC) with fast tool change times: 0.84 seconds tool-to-tool and 1.90 seconds chip-to-chip, with a dual-pallet changer system standard, improving productivity by minimizing downtime.
