The DMG MORI DMF-360 Vertical Machining Center is a high-performance 5-axis traveling column machine designed for precision machining of large and complex workpieces. It features an integrated rotary table and trunnion, providing both 4th and 5th axis capabilities for simultaneous multi-axis operations. Tool management is handled by a 120-pocket Tool Hive magazine and an automatic tool changer, complemented by an automatic tool length measurement system and a Renishaw laser tool measurement system for enhanced accuracy and repeatability. The machine is controlled via the ErgoLine control system, featuring a user-friendly interface and advanced programming capabilities. Additional options include a 4th axis rotary table and a 5th axis head, enabling versatile machining configurations. The DMF-360 is further equipped with a Renishaw probe for in-process measurement and quality assurance.
