The vertical spindle delivers up to 8,000 RPM as standard with an optional upgrade to 20,000 RPM, driven by an 18.10 HP motor rated for 30 minutes, supporting both roughing and finishing operations. The machine’s automatic tool changer (ATC) accommodates 30 tools as standard, expandable up to 120 tools, enhancing productivity through reduced tooling change times. The table has no built-in rotary support but offers the option to include a rotary table for enhanced versatility. Axis travels include 141.7" along X, 43.3" along Y, and 35.4" along Z, all capable of rapid traverse rates up to 1,574 inches per minute, ensuring high-speed movement and efficient machining cycles. The machine does not include a U axis, focusing on standard 4-axis machining configurations.
