Featuring a compact 500x500mm worktable with dual pallet configuration, this CNC machine delivers exceptional rigidity through thick-walled box castings that minimize thermal deformation and maintain dimensional accuracy over extended operations. The machine accommodates workpieces up to 800kg on each pallet, with a maximum table loading capacity of 400kg per pallet. The three-axis travel specifications—X-axis 780mm, Y-axis 750mm, and Z-axis 800mm—provide ample working envelope for diverse machining tasks including automotive engine blocks, large steel components, and aluminum parts. Powered by a programmable dual-speed spindle motor delivering 29.5 horsepower at speeds up to 8,000 RPM, the MDH50 combines high-speed, high-power cutting capability with excellent low-speed, high-torque performance for versatile material processing.
