It features a main spindle capable of handling a maximum turning diameter of 26.000" and a turning length up to 60.000", with a 10.000" chuck diameter and a maximum swing of 26.000". The spindle supports bar diameters up to 3.200" and operates at speeds up to 4,000 RPM, powered by a 34.7 HP motor. Designed with dual main spindles, both offering identical 4,000 RPM and horsepower ratings, it enhances productivity by allowing simultaneous operations. Equipped with an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), it accommodates up to 80 turning and 80 rotary tools, with the rotary tools powered by a 29.5 HP motor capable of speeds up to 12,000 RPM. The machine supports simultaneous cutting with one tool and operates along five axes, providing extensive flexibility in complex machining tasks.
