The DN SOLUTIONS PUMA TT2000SY is a high-performance horizontal machining center equipped with dual main spindles, each capable of a maximum turning diameter of 15.4 inches and a turning length of 13.8 inches, supporting a max swing of 31.5 inches and an 8-inch spindle chuck diameter. Both spindles operate at up to 5,000 RPM with 29.5 HP motors, and accept bar stock up to 2.6 inches in diameter. The machine features two turrets—upper and lower—each capable of holding up to 12 turning tools and 12 rotary tools, allowing simultaneous use of two cutting tools. The rotary tools operate at up to 4,000 RPM and deliver 7.4 HP. The machining center supports an 8-axis configuration with X, Y, and Z axis travels of 10.1", 4.7", and 35.4" respectively, all with rapid traverse rates of 787 ipm, enabling high-speed precise movements. Secondary milling and drilling functions are standard and can be performed on-center, off-center, and with both 'C' and 'Y' axis control, expanding the machining capability beyond turning.
