The Dynapac CC222C HF is a robust smooth drum roller designed for efficient asphalt paving and gravel base compaction. It features a high-frequency vibratory system with vibration frequencies of 3,240 and 4,260 vpm, delivering centrifugal forces up to 7,954 kg (17,535 lbs) for effective soil and asphalt compaction. The roller has an operating width of 71 inches (1,800 mm) and a drum width of 57 inches (1,450 mm), complemented by a drum diameter of 1,120 mm and a shell thickness of 17 mm to ensure durability and consistent performance. Its articulated steering with a tight inside turning radius of 190 inches enhances maneuverability on varied site conditions.
Powered by a reliable Deutz TD 2011 L04i 4-cylinder, oil-cooled diesel engine delivering 60 kW (82 hp) at 2,800 rpm, the CC222C HF combines power with efficiency and low fuel consumption. The engine features direct injection and integrated cooling, optimized for durability and minimized maintenance costs. The machine’s operating mass is approximately 7,700 kg, with a maximum operating mass of 8,400 kg, ensuring excellent compaction force while maintaining manageable transport dimensions: 4.3 m length, 1.575 m width, and 2.92 m height with ROPS.
