EASTAR WI-30E WIRE EDM MACHINE

The EASTAR WI-30E Wire EDM machine features precise CNC control with travel dimensions of 15.75 inches (X-axis), 11.81 inches (Y-axis), and 11.81 inches (Z-axis). It is designed with a rigid T-shaped bed made of heat-treated Meehanite cast iron to minimize deformation and thermal distortion, offering stable machining conditions. The machine supports wire diameters ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm and accommodates workpieces up to 760 x 520 x 295 mm with a maximum workpiece weight capacity of 500 kg. It provides a taper machining capability of ±22.5° per 100 mm thickness. Precision is enhanced by double-nut ball screws and 400W servo motors, achieving positioning accuracy of ±1.5 microns per 300 mm travel. The control system features a Windows-based CNC interface with a 15" TFT LCD display and supports full closed-loop control for multi-axis positioning, including X, Y, Z, U, and V axes. The machine's dielectric fluid system holds 270 liters with a filtration rate of 40 liters per minute through dual paper filters, ensuring clean machining conditions. Pulse generator delivers a cutting current up to 25A with cutting speeds up to 200 mm²/min, enabling high-efficiency wire erosion. The unit weighs approximately 430 lbs and includes optional accessories such as auto wire threading, wire tension meter, linear scales, and CAD/CAM software for enhanced automation and precision.
