The ECOCA VB-1400 is a three-axis CNC vertical machining center engineered for precision mold-making and general manufacturing applications. This machine features a robust working envelope with 66.93 inches of X-axis travel, 29.92 inches of Y-axis travel, and 27.56 inches of Z-axis travel, accommodating substantial workpieces up to 1,500 x 650mm on its 59.06" x 25.59" work table. The table supports a maximum load of 1,600kg, providing ample capacity for heavy-duty machining operations. Powered by a 20.1 hp motor with an 8,000 RPM spindle, the machine delivers consistent cutting performance across aluminum, iron, copper, and hardened materials. The BT-50 spindle taper accommodates a diverse range of cutting tools, while the automatic 24-position tool changer enables efficient unattended production runs. Construction utilizes Meehanite casting with internal ribs throughout for exceptional rigidity and vibration damping, ensuring long-term dimensional stability. All three axes feature precision ball screws with C3-class preload and surface-ground linear guideways coated with Turcite-B for reduced friction and thermal growth.
