The Eurotech Elite Toro TD Series Z800 and Z1350 Horizontal Machining Centers are high-precision CNC lathes designed for heavy-duty turning with exceptional accuracy and reliability. Both models feature a robust turret with a built-in oil-cooled motor powering driven tools at up to 12,000 RPM, delivering 13 kW of power and 105 Nm of torque for efficient machining operations. The turret offers 16 tool positions with hydraulic clamping and quick indexing at 30º in 200 ms to reduce cycle times. The Z800 model provides 800 mm of Z-axis travel, while the Z1350 extends this travel to 1350 mm, allowing for handling larger parts. Both machines use prismatic guideways and oil-cooled ballscrew nuts, providing high thermal stability, smooth rapid traverse, and maximum precision during rigid tapping operations. Maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds are optimized for productivity, though exact values vary based on configuration.
