The Fadal 4020 HT is a CNC vertical machining center designed for precision manufacturing with a compact 98" x 77" x 94" footprint and 10,100 lb weight. The machine features a 47.94" x 20" work table with 1,500 lbs maximum load capacity and 40" x 20" x 20" of travel in the X, Y, and Z axes respectively, with spindle height adjustment from 4" to 24" above the table. The CAT 40 spindle delivers 15 HP of high-torque power at speeds up to 10,000 RPM, enabling rapid positioning at 900 IPM and cutting feed rates from 0.01 to 400 IPM. The 21-station automatic tool changer facilitates efficient multi-tool operations with minimal changeover time. The machine is controlled by the Fadal 32MP CNC system, featuring a high-speed CPU with 422K memory, RS-232 port connectivity, and graphics capability for advanced program visualization and diagnostics.
