This vertical machining center features a large worktable measuring 118" x 67" capable of supporting workpieces up to 22,000 lbs, making it suitable for heavy-duty machining applications. It is equipped with a #50 spindle taper as standard, with an optional #40 taper, providing a top spindle speed of 6,000 RPM, expandable up to 15,000 RPM for high-speed machining. The spindle is powered by a 35 HP motor (30 HP optional), delivering robust performance for a range of materials and cutting conditions. The machine uses a 32-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) as standard, with an option to increase capacity up to 120 tools, enabling extended machining cycles and flexibility with minimal downtime. Tool change time is approximately 8 seconds, optimizing productivity. It operates on a 3-axis system with X, Y, and Z travels of 126", 71", and 35.4" respectively, with the Z-axis extendable to 47.24" optionally. The maximum feed rate and rapid traverse for all axes are 197 ipm and 591 ipm respectively, allowing both precise and fast positioning.
