Technical Description

The FEMCO BMC-110R1 is a heavy-duty Horizontal Boring Mill designed for precision machining. It features a 4.33-inch (110 mm) spindle diameter with an ISO No. 50/CAT 50 taper, capable of speeds up to 2,500 RPM, driven by a 30-35 HP motor. The machine provides extensive travel capacities, including 55.12 inches (1400 mm) in the X-axis (horizontal table travel) and 47.24 inches (1199.9 mm) in the Y-axis (vertical head travel). The Z-axis (longitudinal travel) is approximately 43.31 inches (1100 mm), and the W-axis (spindle stroke) is 19.69 inches (500 mm). The B-axis features a full 4th rotary table capable of handling loads up to 8,816 lbs (4000 kg).
