FULLTONTECH TK6513 HORIZONTAL BORING MILL

The FULLTONTECH TK6513 is a robust Horizontal Boring Mill featuring a 5.12-inch spindle size and a 130mm boring spindle diameter. It is equipped with an ISO50 spindle taper and a variable spindle speed range of 2 to 1500 rpm, powered by a 37 kW spindle motor. The machine delivers a maximum torque of 3150 N.m at the boring spindle and a maximum spindle thrust capacity of 25000 N.m. The machine includes a ram with dimensions of 420mm by 480mm and a ram travel (V-axis) of 800mm. The work area is supported by a large table, available in 2m x 2m or 2m x 2.5m sizes, capable of supporting a max workpiece load ranging from 10 to 40 tons. The table offers full 360-degree rotation (B-axis). Precision is maintained with positioning accuracies of 0.025mm for the X, Y, and W axes, 0.03mm for the Z-axis, and 0.02mm for the V-axis, with a repeatability of 0.02mm across X, Y, and W.
