Technical Description

The GUOSHENG DBM-130 Horizontal Boring Mill is a heavy-duty, 5-axis CNC machine designed for precision milling and boring operations on large components, such as marine engine blocks and aerospace parts. It features a 130 mm (5.12 inch) spindle diameter with an ISO 50 taper, capable of speeds up to 3000 RPM, powered by a Fanuc motor (22 kW / 30 kW). The machine provides substantial travel capabilities, including X-axis travel of 3000 mm, Y-axis travel of 2000 mm, and Z-axis travel of 1500 mm, with a W-axis travel of 700 mm. The worktable measures 1800 mm × 2200 mm, supporting a maximum load of 20,000 kg. Constructed with Meehanite cast iron for stability and rigidity, the DBM-130 ensures high precision, demonstrated by a positioning accuracy of 0.015 mm across the X, Y, and Z axes. The system is controlled by a Fanuc CNC unit.
