Technical Description

The GUOSHENG V10B is a precision vertical machining center designed for versatile industrial applications including automotive, aerospace, and mold manufacturing. This three-axis CNC machine features a robust working envelope with 39.37 inches of X-axis travel, 23.62 inches of Y-axis travel, and 23.62 inches of Z-axis travel, accommodating diverse workpiece geometries. The machine is equipped with a 20.1 hp spindle motor capable of 10,000 RPM, delivering substantial cutting power for both heavy stock removal and precision finishing operations. The worktable measures 23.62 by 47.24 inches with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg, providing adequate support for mid-size components. A BT40/150 spindle taper ensures compatibility with standard tooling systems. The machine incorporates an automated 24-tool carousel for rapid tool changes, minimizing production downtime. Control is handled by a FANUC 0i-MF CNC system, offering advanced machining capabilities including helical interpolation, jerk control, cutter radius compensation, and tilted working plane functionality.
