This CNC vertical machining center features a robust table measuring 64.000 inches in length by 28.000 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 4,000 lbs. An optional support index or rotary table can be added for enhanced versatility. The vertical spindle utilizes a CT 40 taper, with BT 40 as an optional taper, and achieves a maximum spindle speed of 12,000 RPM, extendable to 15,000 RPM for high-speed applications. The spindle delivers 30 HP (30-minute rating) for demanding machining tasks. Tooling is managed by an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 24 tools, expandable to 40 tools, and offers rapid tool change times of 2.8 seconds (tool-to-tool) and 3.6 seconds (chip-to-chip). A pallet changer is available as an option. The machine operates on three primary axes (X, Y, Z), with an optional fourth axis for increased flexibility.
