The Hanwha STL35 Horizontal Machining Center is a high-precision CNC Swiss-type turning machine designed for complex, multi-axis machining of small to medium-sized parts. It features a horizontal spindle layout with a maximum main spindle turning diameter and bar diameter of 1.370", and a maximum turning length of 12.600" on both main and sub spindles. The machine is equipped with one main spindle and one sub spindle, each offering high-speed operation—main spindle up to 8,000 RPM (10.60 HP) and sub spindle up to 7,000 RPM (10.60 HP)—with precise indexing capability. The STL35 utilizes a turret as the primary tool carrier, supporting up to 6 turning tools and 4 rotary tools, while the front slide secondary tool carrier adds 5 turning and 4 rotary tools, enabling up to 3 simultaneous cutting operations.
