The Heller H 6000 is a high-performance horizontal 4-axis machining center designed for demanding production environments. It features a robust cross-bed machine bed supporting the X- and Z-axes, with a traversing column for the X-axis and a compact, stably integrated machining unit for the Y-axis. The NC rotary feed table (B-axis) provides continuous adjustment with a resolution of 360,000 x 0.001°, enabling precise and flexible workpiece positioning. The machine offers an X-axis travel of 39.37 inches (1,000 mm), Y-axis travel of 39.37 inches (1,000 mm), and Z-axis travel of 39.37 inches (1,000 mm), accommodating large workpieces with a maximum weight of up to 1,400 kg.
