The HELTOS VEGA VS 20.6 is an upright pillar drill press engineered for precision drilling applications in industrial and workshop settings. This machine features a maximum drilling diameter capacity of 20mm with a drilling depth of 160mm, making it suitable for moderate-duty drilling tasks. The drill press utilizes a Morse 3 taper spindle cone seated in accurate ball bearings, with a spiral spring mechanism that automatically returns the spindle to its upper position. The machine delivers impressive spindle speed performance with a continuous range of 180-3700 RPM, infinitely variable through a frequency converter that enables smooth speed transitions without fixed steps. The maximum axial pressure on the spindle reaches 1100N, providing robust cutting capability.
