The HNK HPF-30 (H) is a heavy-duty vertical machining center engineered for large-part production and complex die/mold work. This fixed crossrail machine features a robust vertical spindle with ISO 50 taper, delivering 3,000 RPM as standard with an optional 6,000 RPM configuration, supported by 75 HP (standard) or 100 HP (optional) motors for demanding cutting operations. The machine accommodates workpieces up to 66,000 lbs, supported by a precision-ground work table available in two sizes: 236.22" × 118.11" (standard) or 393.70" × 118.11" (optional), providing flexibility for varied part geometries. Equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) for efficient tool management, the HPF-30 (H) delivers substantial X-axis travel of up to 433.07" (optional), 183.07" Y-axis travel, and 49.2" Z-axis travel, enabling machining of exceptionally large components. The machine incorporates an optional U-axis for enhanced four-axis capabilities when required.
