THE WEEKE OPTIMAT ABD 100 IS A PROCESSING CENTER DESIGNED FOR HORIZONTAL DRILLING, GLUING, AND DOWELING, CAPABLE OF OPERATING AS A STANDALONE SOLUTION. IT FEATURES A PC-BASED POWERCONTROL SYSTEM WITH WOODWOP PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE. THE MACHINE INCLUDES A HORIZONTAL DRILLING AGGREGATE WITH ONE SPINDLE, A GLUE AND DOWEL INJECTOR WITH GLUE FLOW CONTROL, AND A VIBRATING HOPPER DOWEL FEEDER. IT CAN HANDLE WORKPIECES WITH A LENGTH RANGE OF 20 MM TO 1250 MM (0.79" TO 49.21"), A WIDTH RANGE OF 50 MM TO 800 MM (1.97" TO 31.50"), AND A THICKNESS RANGE OF 10 MM TO 60 MM (0.39" TO 2.36"). STANDARD DOWEL DIMENSIONS SUPPORTED ARE 8 MM DIAMETER BY 30 MM OR 35 MM LENGTH, USING GLUE OR WATER AS THE ADHESIVE. IT OPERATES ON A 3 X 400 V, 50 HZ SUPPLY VOLTAGE WITH AN APPROXIMATE CONNECTED WATTAGE OF 7.4 KW. THE MACHINE DIMENSIONS ARE APPROXIMATELY 2250 MM (88") LONG, 1880 MM (76.8") WIDE, AND 2540 MM (100") HIGH, WITH AN APPROXIMATE WEIGHT OF 2200 KG (4850 LBS).
