This vertical machining center features a substantial 63" × 27.6" work table capable of supporting workpieces up to 3,307 lbs, making it suitable for mid-to-large production runs. The machine is equipped with a #50 taper spindle delivering 40 HP at a standard 8,000 RPM, with an optional 12,000 RPM configuration for higher-speed applications. The 24-tool automatic tool changer provides rapid tool changes in just 3.5 seconds, minimizing non-cutting time and enhancing productivity. The three-axis design offers generous travel distances: 78.8" on the X-axis, 33.5" on the Y-axis, and 29.5" on the Z-axis, all capable of rapid traverse rates up to 630 IPM and cutting feedrates to 394 IPM. An optional 4th axis capability and two-pallet automatic changer system are available for enhanced flexibility and unmanned operation.
