Technical Description
The Hyundai WIA L300LMC is a heavy-duty, 3-axis slant-bed CNC turning center built on hardened box guideways for high rigidity. It carries a 12-inch main chuck (15-inch optional) with a 90 mm standard bar capacity (102 mm big-bore option) and a maximum turning diameter of 500 mm over a 750 mm bed swing. The long-bed LMC configuration provides a maximum turning length of 1,260 mm, compared with 600 mm on the standard-bed L300MC. The belt-driven main spindle carries an A2-8 nose with a 102 mm bore, running up to 3,000 rpm (2,800 rpm on the big-bore option) from a 22 kW maximum / 18.5 kW continuous motor producing 787.3 N·m peak torque. X/Z axis travel is 355/1,350 mm with rapid traverse rates of 20/24 m/min. The 12-station BMT65P servo turret indexes in 0.3 seconds and accepts 25 mm square OD tooling with a 50 mm ID boring-bar bore; optional C-axis live tooling runs to 4,000 rpm from a 5.5 kW / 3.7 kW motor. The machine is single-spindle, with no sub-spindle, and is offered with HW Fanuc i-Series, Fanuc 32i-B, or Siemens 828D controls. Overall floor space is 4,170 x 2,002 mm with a 1,997 mm machine height, and net weight is 7,800 kg.
