This vertical machining center features a robust table measuring 177.17 inches in length by 20.47 inches in width, providing ample support for large workpieces. An optional index or rotary table can be added for enhanced versatility. The machine is equipped with a vertical spindle featuring a standard #40 taper, with a #50 taper available as an option. The spindle delivers a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 6,000 RPM, and offers a 30-minute power rating of 20 HP, upgradable to 30 HP for demanding applications. Tooling is managed by an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a standard 24-tool capacity, expandable to 40 tools. Tool change time is 4 seconds, with a chip-to-chip time of 7 seconds. An optional pallet changer with two pallets is available for increased productivity. The machine operates on three standard axes, with a fourth axis available as an option.
