The IBERDRILL BC-50VE Upright Drill Press is a heavy-duty, precision-engineered machine designed for industrial drilling and tapping tasks. It features a maximum drilling capacity of 1.97 inches (50 mm) in mild steel and 2.36 inches (60 mm) in cast iron, with tapping capacities up to M42 (1.68 inches in steel and 2 inches in cast iron). Powered by a robust 5.5 HP main motor and a 0.1 HP coolant pump motor, it delivers spindle speeds ranging from 190 to 1,900 RPM across three stepped stages controlled by either a mechanical speed variator (Model V) or an electronic frequency inverter (Model VE), coupled with a front-mounted digital speed display for precise speed monitoring.
