Each spindle provides 58 HP and operates at speeds up to 5,000 RPM, accommodating bar diameters up to 2.56" and chuck diameters of 7.87". The machine is equipped with two turrets, each supporting up to 12 turning and 12 rotary tools, with rotary tools rated at 12.5 HP and 6,000 RPM. It supports simultaneous use of two cutting tools and includes a 4-axis configuration with rapid traverse rates of 786 ipm on the X, Y, and Z axes. The X-axis travel is 5.5", Y rapid traverse matches X at 786 ipm, and the Z-axis has a travel of 27.75". Optional configurations may include additional axes and tool carriers for expanded tooling capacity and versatility.
