Technical Description

This CNC turning center features a main spindle capable of turning diameters up to 7.900" and lengths up to 8.000", with a maximum bar diameter of 2.600" and a 6.300" chuck diameter. It also includes a sub spindle matching the main spindle’s turning diameter and length limits, both spindles operating at speeds up to 5,000 RPM and powered by 36 HP motors each. The machine is equipped with a turret-style primary tool carrier supporting up to 12 turning tools and 12 rotary live tools, the latter running at speeds up to 6,000 RPM with a 10 HP drive. It allows simultaneous cutting with one tool and offers a base configuration of 4 CNC axes, expandable to 6 axes for enhanced operational flexibility. This configuration supports complex machining tasks, including precise turning and milling, allowing multi-function machining within a single setup.
