The spindle delivers 15 HP at the 30-minute rating, providing adequate power for demanding machining operations. The 24-station automatic tool changer (ATC) enables rapid tool exchanges, with an optional 120-tool capacity for extended production runs without manual intervention. The three-axis configuration provides 41" of X-axis travel, 20" of Y-axis travel, and 24" of Z-axis travel, accommodating a wide variety of part geometries. All axes achieve rapid traverse rates of 1,181 IPM with a maximum feed rate of 394 IPM, ensuring efficient material removal and reduced cycle times. The machine is offered with optional fourth-axis (B-axis) capability, enabling 360° rotational indexing for complex multi-face machining operations.
