The JOINT VMC-1580G Vertical Machining Center is a high-precision CNC machine designed for heavy-duty metalworking applications with a robust structure and advanced control options such as FANUC, Siemens, or GSK. It features a substantial working envelope with an X-axis travel of 59.06 inches (1500 mm), a Y-axis travel of 31.50 inches (800 mm), and a Z-axis travel of 27.56 inches (700 mm), accommodating large and complex parts. The machine’s worktable measures 31.50 by 66.93 inches (800 x 1700 mm), supporting a maximum load around 1500 kg, suitable for various milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and finishing operations. The VMC-1580G is equipped with a BT50 spindle taper, driven by an 18.5 kW high-power motor capable of reaching speeds up to 6000 rpm, with optional upgrades for faster spindles. It integrates high-rigidity components such as a solid cast iron frame and reinforced linear guide rails (Hiwin or equivalent), ensuring excellent vibration resistance and machining stability during heavy cutting processes.
