The Juaristi MS 5 Horizontal Machining Center is a robust and versatile CNC machining solution designed for large and complex workpieces. It features a substantial table size of 118.11" x 59.06" (optionally extendable to 157.48" x 59.06") capable of handling workpieces up to 999,999 lbs, supported by a powerful #50 horizontal spindle motor rated at 50 HP (optional 70 HP) with a maximum speed of 3,000 RPM (optional 2,500 RPM). The machine is equipped with a 32-tool Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), expandable to 100 tools, facilitating high productivity and continuous operation. It supports 4 axes with an optional 5-axis configuration for advanced machining capabilities, including rotational axes A (120°) and B (360°). Axis travels include an X-axis of 157.48" (optionally up to 787.4"), a Y-axis of 59.06" (optionally 118.11"), and a Z-axis of 31.5" (optionally 39.37"), all capable of rapid feed rates up to 394 inches per minute, ensuring efficient material removal and precise machining.
