JUARISTI MX5 HORIZONTAL BORING MILL

The JUARISTI MX5 Horizontal Floor Type Boring Mill is a high-performance machine suitable for large-volume and multitasking machining, including milling and boring of large parts. It features a thermo-symmetric box-in-box structure with Ram Precision Technology (RPT) for geometric accuracy and compensation systems. Key technical specifications include a substantial X-axis (longitudinal column) travel of approximately 4,000 mm (157.48 inches) and a Z-axis (cross RAM) travel of 1,500 mm (59.06 inches). The horizontal head is driven by a 40 kW (49.84 hp) motor, delivering a maximum torque of 1,400 Nm, and achieving a maximum speed between 5,000 and 6,000 RPM. The machine is CNC controlled and boasts a fast feed rate of up to 35 m/min.
