The JZ DK7755B Wire EDM Machine is a high-precision CNC wire-cut electric discharge machining system designed for accurate and efficient metal cutting applications. Featuring a robust linear guide rail and precise ball screw mechanism, this machine ensures smooth operation and long-term reliability. The worktable offers an X-axis travel of 21.65 inches (550 mm), a Y-axis travel of 33.46 inches (850 mm), and a Z-axis travel of 19.69 inches (500 mm), allowing for versatile machining of large and complex workpieces. The machine supports a maximum workpiece height of 500 mm and can handle workpieces weighing up to 850 kg. It utilizes molybdenum wire with a diameter range of Φ0.12–Φ0.18 mm, and the maximum cutting speed exceeds 100 mm²/min, with a best achievable surface roughness below Ra2.5 μm. The DK7755B achieves a cutting precision of 0.015 mm, making it suitable for high-tolerance applications. The machine is equipped with an electric lift column for easy adjustment of the guide wheel gap and supports taper cutting with an optional range of 6°–60°/80 mm. It operates on AC380V/220V 50Hz power and consumes less than 2 kW. The machine is designed for submerged cutting, enhancing cooling and debris removal during operation. Auto threading is not available on this model. The DK7755B is CE and ISO9001:2008 certified, reflecting its adherence to international quality and safety standards.
