Technical Description

This CNC vertical machining center features a robust table measuring 27.6 inches in length by 23.6 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 1,760 lbs. The machine is equipped with a vertical spindle utilizing a BT 40 taper, with CAT 40 as an optional taper, and delivers a maximum spindle speed of 8,000 RPM with a 30-minute power rating of 15 HP. Tooling is managed via a 24-tool Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), and a standard 2-pallet changer is included for increased productivity. The machine supports up to 4 axes, with standard 3-axis configuration (X, Y, Z) and no U axis. Axis travels are 19.7 inches on X, 23.6 inches on Y, and 19.7 inches on Z, each offering a maximum feed rate of 394 ipm and rapid traverse of 945 ipm. The support system includes no index table as standard, but a rotary table is available as an option.
