The KAFO CV-16B Vertical Machining Center is a high-performance CNC machine designed for precision and efficiency in demanding industrial environments. It features a robust construction with a table size of 68.9 inches in length and 27.5 inches in width, supporting a maximum load capacity suitable for heavy-duty machining tasks. The machine offers generous axis travels of 63 inches (1600 mm) on the X-axis and 27.5 inches (700 mm) on both the Y and Z axes, enabling the processing of large and complex workpieces. Its three axes utilize 45 mm roller-type linear guide ways, ensuring superior rigidity, heavy-load capacity, low friction, and excellent dynamic performance. The spindle is equipped with a BBT40 taper (ISO-40, with an optional ISO-50), supporting high-speed operations with a standard spindle speed of up to 10,000 RPM, and can be upgraded for even higher speeds depending on configuration.
