A+Technical Description
The KAFO CV-9B is a precision vertical machining center engineered for high-efficiency production across automotive, electronics, and aerospace industries. This C-type machine features a robust working envelope with X-axis travel of 900mm (35.43"), Y-axis travel of 600mm (23.62"), and Z-axis travel of 600mm (23.62"). The machine table measures 1000x600mm (39.37" x 23.62"), providing ample workspace for component positioning and securing. The CV-9B incorporates 35mm roller-type linear guide ways across all three axes, delivering superior rigidity, heavy-load capacity, and low-friction performance. This design ensures exceptional cutting stability and precision during machining operations. The spindle utilizes a #40 taper configuration optimized for rapid tool changes and consistent performance. The machine's structural components—including the bed, column, spindle head, cross slides, and table—are analyzed and optimized through FEM testing to maximize stability and cutting rigidity. The center cooling system integrated with ballscrews reduces thermal compensation while enhancing positional accuracy. Standard tooling capacity accommodates 24 tools, with optional configurations supporting 20, 30, 32, 40, 60, or more tool stations. Control is managed by a Fanuc 0i Plus CNC controller, enabling advanced programming capabilities and multi-axis coordination. Optional features include customized calculator software with real-time state display monitoring spindle/axis load, tool status, feed rates, and controller runtime. The CV-9B's Auto Pallet Changer system variant (CV-9B APC) facilitates unattended production cycles for mass manufacturing applications.
