A+Technical Description
The KAFO DV-11A is a precision vertical machining center engineered for efficient high-volume component production across automotive, electronics, and precision mold manufacturing industries. This CNC-controlled machine features a compact C-type structure with optimized golden ratio design for superior rigidity and stability. The working envelope encompasses 1100mm (43.3") X-axis travel, 600mm (23.6") Y-axis travel, and 600mm (23.6") Z-axis travel, accommodating mid-sized workpieces with precision. The machine utilizes linear guideway technology on the X and Y axes with a box-way Z-axis configuration, delivering rapid positioning speeds up to 48m/min. Standard tool capacity accommodates 24 tools, with optional configurations available up to 60 tools, integrated with a fast and reliable automatic tool changer (ATC). The working table measures 650x420mm with a maximum loading capacity of 300kg, featuring T-slots for secure workpiece clamping. The spindle options include belt-type and direct-driven configurations, supporting speeds up to 10,000rpm for direct-driven models, enabling excellent cutting performance for both face milling and drilling operations. The machine incorporates hand-scraped components and precision roller linear guides providing superior rigidity, heavy-load capacity, and minimal friction. FEM-optimized design of the machine bed, column, spindle head, cross-slides, and table ensures high stability and cutting performance. Center cooling through ballscrews reduces thermal compensation and enhances positional accuracy for consistent precision manufacturing.
