This vertical CNC machining center features a compact 9.060" x 6.420" worktable capable of supporting workpieces up to 48 lbs. It operates with a vertical spindle utilizing a #20 taper, delivering a standard top speed of 50,000 RPM, with an optional upgrade for speeds up to 160,000 RPM, powered by a 2.0 HP motor rated for 30 minutes. The machine includes an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 12 tools, expandable to 24 tools, allowing for swift tool changes with zero chip time. Optional pallet changer capability supports two pallets for enhanced production flexibility. The machine controls three axes of movement (X, Y, Z) with travels of 6.3", 3.94", and 7.87" respectively, all featuring a maximum feed rate and rapid traverse speed of 47 inches per minute. Optional configuration allows a fourth axis for more complex machining. The rotary axes include an A-axis with 105° travel and a full 360° B-axis rotation, enabling intricate multi-axis machining operations.
