The spindle is equipped with an HSK 25 taper, delivering exceptional rigidity and accuracy for demanding milling, drilling, and grinding tasks. With a maximum spindle speed of 35,000 RPM (optionally up to 50,000 RPM) and a 30-minute power rating of 8.0 HP, the machine is engineered for high-speed, high-efficiency operations. Tooling is managed by an automatic tool changer (ATC) system, supporting up to 20 tools (expandable to 209), with a rapid chip-to-chip tool change time of just 4.5 seconds, maximizing productivity. The machine offers 3-axis travel (expandable to 5-axis), with X, Y, and Z travels of 13.78", 8.66", and 9.84" respectively, and rapid traverse rates of 1,179 ipm on all linear axes. Rotary axes provide A-axis movement up to 220° and B-axis rotation up to 360°, enabling complex multi-sided machining.
