The KIHEUNG HITRAX-U is a robust HORIZONTAL BORING MILL equipped with a high-performance CNC control system, compatible with HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530, SIEMENS 840D, or FANUC 31i. This machine features substantial travel capabilities, including an X-Horizontal Travel of up to 20,000mm and a Y-Vertical Travel ranging from 1,350mm to 1,500mm, alongside a Z axis of 2,500mm to 3,500mm. The machine is driven by a powerful spindle motor delivering 50.2 HP (37/56 kW), capable of achieving a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM with a two-step gearbox. It utilizes an ISO50 or BT 50 taper and supports tool storage capacities of 24, 30, 40, 50, or 60 tools. The HITRAX-U offers impressive feed and rapid traverse rates, with a 10,000 mm/min feed rate and an 18,000 mm/min rapid traverse rate across the X, Y, and Z axes. Furthermore, the machine can be fitted with a programmable universal head offering precision indexing of 0.001 x 0.001 degrees.
